What we collect on this website

• Quote request form. Your name, bank or lender, work email and the number of SBA acquisition loans you make per month.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data.

How we use it

We use form information only to reply to your request and to keep a record of the request. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking, and we don't sell or rent personal information.

Deal documents

This website doesn't collect deal documents. If a lender engages us, documents are exchanged under that engagement's terms, used only to prepare the report the lender ordered, and protected and retained as those terms describe.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the site and process form submissions on our behalf, and anyone we're legally required to share with. Nobody else.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by sending a note through the quote request form that says so. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
